School orders are not processed as they are received; school orders are processed in one batch for all families after the school's online gallery has closed and/or the school's deadline has occurred. School order prints are not shipped, they are delivered to your child at their school.

Online gallery purchases are made to order and are therefore nonrefundable. If you have a question about your order, please contact the studio before completing your purchase. Check or cash payment that is mailed or hand delivered will delay your order. Orders are not fulfilled until payment has been received and processed.
